Swiss Wildlife Information Service - Organisation providing information on the fauna. Includes list of local species.

CSCF - Swiss Center of Cartography of the Fauna - Purpose of the center in Neuchâtel, presentation of available services and publications, e.g. "Fauna Helvetica". Includes lists of local species, redlist, and typography of habitats, maps. Detail charts mainly in German, French and Latin.

Swiss Ornithological Institute - Research institute covering topics from bird migration and ecology to population monitoring and applied studies for landscape management and conservation. In English only overview of research projects.

Swiss Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Programme (KARCH) - Official task force to promote, implement and coordinate efforts to conserve the native amphibian and reptile fauna. Maintains database of fauna survey. Site includes short checklist of amphians only.
