Valhalla Brewery - Microbrewery at Unst, Shetland, the most northerly brewery in Great Britain. As well as supplying the Shetland market, cask and bottle ales are now distributed throughout Britain. Ales include 'White Wife', 'Simmer Dim' and 'Auld Rock'.
