Royal College of Nursing (RCN) - The world's largest professional union of nurses, with more than 300, 000 members. It's run by nurses for nurses, is the fastest growing trade union in the UK, is the second largest outside the Trades Union Congress and one of only four trade union in the country with a woman as General Secretary.
